George sees Karen as the epitome of the modern day woman...the St. John woman… strong, confident, sensual and approachable with effortless glamour. Portrait photography that shows the clothes in real detail...direct, not superficial, yet intimate. The photographs elicit a joie de vivre...there is energy and movement as well as a lightness and freshness to them. Shot in a New York studio, the clean and crisp backdrop provides a stark, yet alluring juxtaposition to Karen’s porcelain skin and signature auburn hair. George purposely selected clothes that are black or neutral to create an image that would stand the test of time.  Classic, modern, ageless.
